Domestic US Orders

Credit Cards - We now accept payment by credit card through the PayPal system. When you click the button below you will be taken to a PayPal shopping cart application on their secure site to complete the order. The prices listed below include standard domestic shipping (via USPS) and any applicable taxes (this is why Connecticut is different).

Foreign Orders

Credit Cards - We can accept overseas credit card orders, but only from the countries serviced by the PayPal system (see country list). Note that there are a number of restrictions and additional issues as outlined below.

Taxes - Any local taxes, import duties, or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Charges - Unfortunately foreign shipping is fairly expensive. We typically ship orders using one of the large international carriers such as UPS, Fedex, or DHL. We charge the listed rates for standard economy service plus $1 to cover additional paperwork. Items originate from a "drop-off customer counter" at US zip code 06066. The Nano BBot robot weighs 1 pound, measures 5" x 3" x 3", and is insured for $139. As an example, to ship a Nano BBot robot to the UK we would charge an additional $86, or $225 US total.

General

Return Policy - If you are dissatisfied with any item within the first 30 days you may return it to Johuco, Ltd. Provided that the merchandise is in good, re-saleable condition, we will refund your purchase price minus the actual cost of shipping and handling we incurred.

Special - Please write or email concerning other details such as volume discounts. Also, to help us control inventory better, please drop us a line if you are planning to order -- especially if you contemplate a large number of units or need delivery by a specific deadline.
