General - Please mail your order to the postal address given below. Payment may be made by personal check or money order. Credit cards and C.O.D.s are not currently accepted, but school purchase orders are welcomed. Connecticut residents please add 6% state sales tax. All prices include applicable shipping and handling charges. Standard domestic delivery takes 2 - 4 weeks.
Foreign Orders - We are able to ship to most foreign countires, however any taxes, import duties, or tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We request pre-payment in U.S. dollars either via a postal money order or a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Payment may also be made by wire transfer but there is an additional $10 fee for this.
Foreign Shipping - Unfortunately foreign shipping is fairly expensive. We typically ship orders using one of the large international carriers such as UPS, Fedex, or Airborne. We charge the listed rates for standard economy service plus $1 to cover additional paperwork. Items originate from a "drop-off customer counter" at US zip code 06066. The Serial GRAK board set weighs 0.7 pounds, fits in a large flat envelope or "pak", and is insured for $50. As an example, to ship Serial GRAK to the UK we would charge an additional $44 (see Fedex pricing), or $94 US total (yikes!).
Other - Please write or email concerning other details such as volume discounts. Also, to help us control inventory better, please drop us a line if you are planning to order -- especially if you contemplate a large number of units or need delivery by a specific deadline.
